Infos about the iBoats
Most of them are GEN2 boats from 2014, which we have already replaced for the customer in the guarantee exchange or which our customer even met after the guarantee (even years later) with an inexpensive new "Upgrade iBoat" as a goodwill gesture. Due to time constraints, we do not repair or improve these boats. Occasionally there are also newer or even new boats in the auctions for other reasons, sometimes even free of defects, just simply used.
This auction opportunity is intended to be used by potential inflatable boat customers who, with a little skill, want to have an iBoat at the start at a low price and who do not need a boat in its original packaging for perfect unboxing upon receipt. So everyone benefits from it. We try to present the boats in the best possible way through pictures and text so that the boats can be assessed well.
Why do defective iBoats at all?
Mistakes happen, for us in 2014 - but possibly to your advantage! A lot has happened since then and the iBoats from the new production halls keep their promises. Double glued from the inside, additional patches over ALL attachments and full stainless steel rudder mounts - what more could you want ?!
By the way, repairing a rubber dinghy is not rocket science.
You know Stormsure, Reifenendicht (foam from the inside, perfect for leaky inflatable boats) or Bengar and this video? Then you can save hundreds of euros and soon, as the proud iBoat owner, move around the seven oceans of carp :-) Very few boats are leaking, mostly a batch in 2014 was about attachments that came loose because two different materials did not come off here 100% glued. The problem has been solved in production for years now, but there are anglers here and there who use their boat very rarely and that's why boats with defects from 2014 still appear today - and you can bid ;-).
Have fun bidding and we wish you good luck with the auctions!

AN ARM FOR IB!
Oli turned 50 and it was celebrated! At this point we would like to congratulate you once again with a Happy Birthday and “only thick” abbreviated as a mysterious “only” on the tattoo. Yes, that too has its own story and began in the early 90s. For well over a decade, Oli has had IB tattoos and says “I still have space on my arm”. See for yourself which logos and lettering have already been immortalized.
All the best Oli, the next 50 are already running!
